We are proud to announce that Andrei Khatskevich has joined LTM Group as a Project Manager. Andrei has a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Belarus. He has over 15 years of mechanical engineering design experience as well as experience in the installation of engineering systems. For the last 15 years Andrei worked for engineering firms designing NVAC systems, boiler rooms, and chillers, as well as heat and gas supply. Please welcome Andrei to the LTM team!

Our administrative and accounting staff will work closely with your association to build a fiscally sound, healthy property. LTM Group, LLC. manages all of its associations in accordance with the governing documents and the code of ethics of the Community Associations Institute (CAI).
Our property managers report directly to your board of directors and board members can rely on the professional approach and experience of our staff. We provide the expertise to assist board Members in making sound business decisions for the association. We perform all accounting services in-house, resulting in accurate reporting and the ability to provide up-to-date information to our clients.
