LTM Group is working with the association on their third loan request ($17.5M) to be used to complete the association's 40-year recertification projects. 

LTM Group helped the association close a loan for $15,000,000 for repairs to the tower.  For this project, we worked closely with the City of Sunny Isles Beach Building Department and LTM Engineering Group. 

LTM Group successfully assisted the Four Seasons Condominium Association in Fort Lauderdale in securing funding for their marina project.

LTM Group has successfully helped the association acquire over $25,000,000 in funding over the past 9 years for critical improvements to the building and pool deck.

LTM Group is working closely with our colleagues at Popular Association Bank, LTM Group was able to help secure a $4M loan, and subsequently, a $4.5M increase to the Quadomain (Catania) II Associations' line of credit to fund their concrete restoration, balcony restoration, railings, hallways, and other important projects throughout the building.
